The specifics of the completion of the sixth edition of the Mistura Gastronomic Fair were finally made known!
As had been announced, the event will be carried out in the sector of the Costa Verde of Magdalena del Mar the 6th to September 15th. The schedule is as follows: Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 10 pm and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 11 pm.
The thematic of the 2013 edition of the fair will “Water and the Hydrobiological Resources”, in this way one of the main attractions of the event will be an aquarium to be built over an area of 620 square meters.
Another new feature of the fair will be the distribution of the spaces: guest restaurants will be grouped in – Worlds-: Criollo World, of the “Brasas”, of the “Ceviche”, of the “Anticucho”, the Andino, and the Amazonian: the World of “Chifa and Nikkei”; Northern World, the Southerner, the World of Sandwiches; the World of Bars and Taverns (“Pisco”); the Bread World, the World of the Cocoa and of the Coffee.
In the past few editions of Mistura: “Sumaq Machu Picchu Hotel” received personalities from around the culinary world, international chefs, like, Andoni Luis Aduriz de Mugaritz or the renowned Brazilian chef Zoroastro Pasos, among others; definitely affirming the hotel like the exclusive choice in the gastronomy of Machu Picchu.
The commitment to Peruvian gastronomic culture of the “Hotel Sumaq en Machu Picchu” is reflected in its Qunuq Restaurant, unique for its high level cuisine and with capacity for 120 persons. Joined by beautiful views surrounding the Hotel Sumaq, you will enjoy delicious dishes that mix the traditional cuisine with the most sophisticated culinary techniques.
The unique menu of the Qunuq Restaurant was specially created by renowned Peruvian chef Rafael Piqueras, whom represented the country for the first time at the “Madrid Fusion”. The menu includes a la carte dishes, options for children, vegetarian food, and so much more.
Mistura held its first edition in September 2008 with a convening for 23 thousand visitors. The 2012 edition skirted half million attendants.
